Tighten up while maintaining my strength
I was starting to feel a little sluggish and lazy with my nutrition during the winter and was starting to notice it in the gym and just didn't feel great about myself. Some friends from the gym highly recommended WAG so I gave it a shot, figured I could tighten up a bit before summer. I couldn't be happier with my transformation! My coach Hilary was amazing and very supportive no matter what I said to her. Not only physically but mentally I have made better changes in how I go about certain food choices, or going out to eat, and just living life, especially on the weekends. I can go out and have a good time while still keeping my goals in mind. It feels very rewarding and I'm very happy now.
